Kempomig Robotic Set

Kempomig is a simple, modern and economical solution for robotic welding. It covers robotic MIG/MAG welding applications up to 400 Amp. It is easy to control and includes synergic MIG/MAG programs for a wide range of materials. It is available in gas and water cooled version that makes it possible to use in heavy duty applications.

Kemppi Robotics with Field Bus - Promig 540R

Plug & Play with field bus , Promig 540R – is a digital, serial, two-way communication system that interfaces the robot to the welding equipment. By using this type of interface, the complex wiring and associated items are no longer needed. Promig 540R is used to robotized-welding-interface with any Kemppi Pro Evolution power source and standard Promig 120R feeder. Promig 540R includes MXE operational panel so it is suitable to MIG/synergic MIG/Synergic Pulsed MIG. The welding set can be gas-cooled or water-cooled.

Robot Welding System -Promig 520R/120R

Robot Welding System – 520R/120R is a comprehensive welding interface for robotic welding. No modifications are required when connecting the interface to most common types of robot controller. This would save time and money. The small size and compact construction of the system offers a very small footprint in any robotic cell design. The Promig 520R interface can handle a maximum of 37 input/output signals, which cover the needs of most robotic welding configurations. It also has a built-in diagnostic system identifying possible faults. It is easy to service and maintain with quick change of main components. The microprocessor controlled 4-wheel wire drive mechanism in Promig 120R ensures trouble free and positive wire feeding. A push-pull torch or two 120R feeding units may be run from one 520R and power source if they are combined with an optional Prosync 50 synchronisation unit

Minarc 150

Minarc – The “Weld Anywhere” tool for MMA and scratch-TIG. It’s a lightweight MMA welding machine ideal for use in workshop and site environments. Minarc tolerates large fluctuations of input voltage making it excellent in field conditions with long cables or supply generators. Designed with portability and outdoor use in mind, the Minarc has a durable casing, ease of carry with its shoulder strap and well protected control knobs. Protection against overload, over voltage, humidity and dust ingress gives excellent reliability. TIG welding is made possible with the scratch-TIG function. The Minarc 150 is also available with a VRD function – lower open circuit voltage for welding in dangerous environments..

Master 2200 & 5001

Master 2200 has been designed to meet today's needs with MMA welding applications requiring direct current. The inverter technology employed in the machines has been perfected to be lasting and reliable. The supply voltage of the Master 2200 is 400V and is best suited for the manufacturing industry, where portability of the welding set is a serious requirement. Mastertig TIG

Mastertig 1500 & 2200 are built for industrial TIG welding. The power source is based on high quality Master MMA machines. As the dynamic welding properties are adjustable, it is possible to weld with a wide range of electrodes. Machines have a standard, adjustable gas pre and post flow time, down slope, HF/contact ignition and 2/4 sequence latching.

Multi-process Welding System - MMA

Kemppi Pro Evolution Models 3200, 4200 & 5200 in MMA Welding are multi-process DC welding machines which weld all MMA electrodes, including the celluosic type. CC or constant current characteristics are used. The power source keeps the current value stable, regardless of changes in the arc length. Other outstanding features are their automatic Hot Start, arc dynamics, generous voltage response & anti freeze against electrode sticking to base material or re-ignition of electrode without damaging electrode head. Two operation panels are available for MMA welding - the PL & PX.

Liners for MIG-Guns

Kemppi wire liners are strong and durable. Due to its stiffness, the liner provides an excellent support to the filler wire, which will not bend when assembling into the gun. The liners have the same colour as the corresponding feed rolls of the same wire diameter in Kemppi wire feeders. The liners are also suitable for welding of cored filler wires of the corresponding wire diameter. Kemppi's new solution for aluminium, stainless steel and acid-resistant steel welding is the two-layer DL-teflon liner. It's suitable for all common wire diameters and materials.
