Powermax 190C

Powermax 190C plasma cutting system takes professional metal-cutting power where it has never been before. Its advanced power supply delivers 1.32 kW.Its built-in air compressor provides required gas. Its boosted open-circuit voltage rating can accommodate low-line conditions of -20% typical on worksites or when utilizing extension cords. Its advanced electronic architecture provides constant current control for consistent quality on varying power levels. Its over-&-under-voltage sensing circuit protects the machine from damage and permits motor-generator operation (on 2.5 kVA auxiliary circuits)

Powermax 380

The Powermax 380 delivers superior cut speed and quality on mild steel, galvanized, stainless and aluminium. Its cut speeds are 2 to 10 times faster than with conventional mechanical or oxy-fuel cutting processes, with excellent precision & edge quality. Also it has all the quality features found in Powermax 190C.

Powermax 600

Superior Performance by hand or machine – The Powermax 600 raises performance and reliability standards for air plasma cutting systems. All you need is input power & low-cost compressed air to cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium & most other metals with new power & productivity. Its important features: 40-Amp, 5.6 kW output cuts through steel up to 16mm thick. Advanced digitally-controlled inverter delivers constant output regardless of variations in line voltages or torch-to-work distances. High duty cycle permits industrial cutting.

Powermax 1000 G3 Series

The Powermax 1000 is the latest addition to the Powermax G3 series Its Auto-Voltage™ circuit provides automatic adjustment to any input voltage from 200 to 600 volts, 1-or 3-phase. A state-of-the-art microprocessor-based architecture assures optimum system reliability. Its 60-Amp, 8.4 kW output provides ample power for clean quick cutting. Its advanced torch technology and easy-to-read controls make this one of the most advanced plasma cutters in its class.

Powermax 1250 G3 Series

The Powermax 1250 is the first of the Powermax G3 Series. With new technologies in both power supply and torch, it cuts faster and more economically than any system available today. In fact, it cuts 80% faster on 25mm mild steel than any competitor tested. Its 80-Amp, 12 kW output provides ample power to cut 29mm thickness of mild steel at cutting speeds over 250mm/min. Powermax 1650 G3 Series

Advanced technology gives the Powermax 1650 G3 Series the power to cut with greater quality and efficiency. Its 100 Amp 16-kW output provides ample power to cut thickness up to 38mm of mild steel with hand torch operation or half the thickness with machine torch operation. Auto-voltage input sensing allows you to run on voltages from 200 to 600 volts, 3-phase, with no rewiring. CNC/Robotic machine interface is standard on all units, allowing for automated control and rapid mechanized installation.

HT2000

Hypertherm® HySpeed® HT2000® LongLife® 200-amp oxygen plasma cutting system delivers fastest cut speeds and lowest operating costs available amongst its category of 200-amp of cutting power metal cutters. It utilizes Hypertherm’s patented Coaxial-assist™ jet technology to boost cutting speeds as much as 50% over conventional designs. This technology is available at 200 Amp using LongLife oxygen processes that extend consumable parts’ life to cut mild steel from ¼” to 2” thick. Dross is minimal, super weldability of the cut edge is delivered resulting in unparalleled productivity & low operating cost.

HT4001

HT4001® water-injection plasma arc cutting system provides superior cut quality, high productivity, extended parts life and expansion flexibility. Its 340-amp oxygen capability gives clean, fast production cutting of mild steel up to 1¼” thick with no dross. By using oxygen as the plasma gas, nitriding is virtually eliminated – and so is the need for expensive grinding operations. HT4001® also operates with nitrogen, delivering 400-amp of power to cut stainless steel or aluminium up to 2” thick - or even 3” thick if the system is aided with an additional slave power supply. It has been designed for 100% duty cycle at 80 kW output to give highest productivity resulting in maximum uptime.

HT4400

HT4400® HySpeed 400-amp dry plasma cutting system for straight and bevel cutting. Its single power supply delivers unmatched cut speeds – especially on thicker metals which other laser systems could not cut. It produces dross-free, superior cut face weldability over the widest range of materials and thicknesses. This makes it the perfect complement to laser systems for high volume metal cutting operations. Arcwriter - Plasma Marking & Scoring & Punching System

Max200 Silverplus

SilverPlus™ Electrode. – Hypertherm’s SilverPlus™ technology involves fusing a silver front-end onto a copper electrode base. The hafnium emitter interfaces with the silver, creating superior adhesion and cooling compared with a copper surface. This retards hafnium erosion as the electrode wears and allows the hafnium to erode to approximately twice the depth of an all-copper electrode. The SilverPlus™ electrode delivers significantly longer life than its non-genuine competitors – which translates into increase productivity plus cost and time saving
